Sticking to these guidelines means we can always deliver the best to you!
Catering can be booked for any function that takes place between Monday to Friday.
Catering Bookings must be received by 1 pm cut-off for next day delivery. However, we recommend allowing at least 48 hours to make your booking to ensure availability and to allow sufficient time for a Quote to be provided and approved.
All quotes must be checked and accepted within 48 hours of being received. Your Catering Booking is confirmed when UNE Life Functions & Catering have received your written (email) approval of the supplied Quote. Until that time, a Catering Booking is Pending.
Please notify us of any special dietary requirements in advance at least 48 hours prior to your Catering Booking.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate all catering requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be able to be met and this will be communicated to you by the UNE Life Functions & Catering Team at least 24 hours prior to your Catering Booking.
We require a minimum number of 10 people for a Catering Booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure that access to the delivery location is available at the requested time.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have made a Room Booking for your function through the UNE website. UNE Life Functions & Catering are unable to make this booking for you.
Please ensure all catering equipment is left in a tidy manner at the conclusion of your Catering Booking for collection. You will be invoiced for the replacement cost of any missing equipment following the Catering Booking.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to a confirmed Catering Booking.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation to a confirmed Catering Booking. You may still be invoiced for any Catering Booking where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, this will be at the discretion of UNE Life Functions & Catering.
Full payment of your Catering Booking must be received within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
